Happy Birthday, Olivia!

Olivia turned 5 on Monday and celebrated with a Barbie party a few days before with all her friends. Here's some photos of her showing her as a four-year-old. We're going to miss this age!

Happy Birthday, Julia!

Julia turned 9 today and I'm feeling really old. We celebrated with a family dinner on Sunday since Dad was out of town today. Even without Dad, she managed to have a great day. We took donuts to school and I told her class a few things about her that they may not know. I told her we could go anywhere she wanted for dinner tonight and she chose Sweet Tomatoes. Good thing Morgan was out of town because he can't stand that place.

Who needs toys? This occupied Liam for at least 20 minutes. Love that boy.

Sugar High

This is the only decent picture of the kids at Easter. As you can see, by this time Liam was on a sugar high, ready for a nap, and couldn't smile for a picture. But they sure look cute!

Pies... this is the perfect lemon pie, and the perfect meringue. For instructions and reciepe please contact the family matriarch. Everyone already knew mom can make pies but this one takes the cake... ha ha.

Easter

From this pic, you can't tell that her teeth are totally covered with chocolate. I think she's starting to get a little interested in candy. She kept asking Bdog, "Daddy, do you want a sneaker? Don't you like sneakers? The Easter bunny brought a sneaker"....that would be Snickers, but I never corrected her.

Emergency

Last night was my first big activity as enrichment leader. So I was flying around doing a million things all night...busy outta my mind. While at the activity I was just about to rest for 5 minutes and eat dinner when my neighbor came up to me to tell me that while Katie was at her house playing earlier, she called 911. I was so embarrassed. I died!! She had to talk to dispatch and convince them it was a child and a mistake. Luckily they didn't send anyone over to the house. Katie has nothing to say as to why she did it. And her little friend hid in the closet from her mom the whole time, 'cause she thought they were in trouble. I can't believe she did that.
