I don't know why my pies all of a sudden are turning out right. For a few years I couldn't get my crust to roll out without breaking up. But, I'm on a "roll" now!! I even have extra homemade crusts in the freezer just waiting for me to to make a German Chocolate pie for Vicki when she comes for Connor's graduation.
Check out the pie plate (Christmas gift from Liz). It's nice and deep. love it.
